YOUR NEW ROLE
As Support Worker, you will play an important role in assisting the
residents to live independently. You will work closely with various
clients creating care plans that are bespoke to them and will enable
them to live better lives. Through a person centred approach, you will
encourage their independence in day to day tasks, such as cooking,
cleaning and developing their social and communication skills, You
will assist them in building on their strengths and abilities,
encouraging their individuality, while maintaining a positive and
trustworthy relationship with them.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7+ Degree
in Social Care or Disability. In addition to this, you will have
experience in working in a Support Worker role, ideally, in either a
residential or day service. You will be open to working various shift
patterns in the services and have a full clean drivers licence.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
