County Kildare Leader Partnership is seeking applications from
suitably qualified persons for the following post.

POSITION TITLE: LIFE PANNING CO-ORDINATOR, HEADSUP KILDARE PROGRAMME

REPORTS TO: HEADSUP Programme Coordinator

LOCATION: Head Office (Jigginstown, Naas Co. Kildare) including
various locations around county (demand dependent) and remote working

HEADSUP is an evidence-based mental health education and training
programme for men who are finding life stressful, have issues with
unemployment, feel isolated or lonely and wish to learn ways to
improve their wellbeing. This group-based programme aims to encourage
participants to make positive changes to their lives, develop
resilience and offers support to access local services and supports.
By joining the team, you will play a key part in helping us to create
a county where every man?s mental health is valued and supported. In
County Kildare, the HEADSUP Programme is hosted and managed by County
Kildare LEADER Partnership.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of the Life Planning Coordinator is to develop and deliver
the life planning element of the HEADSUP programme alongside a
co-facilitator, provide supports to present and past participants and
to contribute to the team?s response to mental health challenges
experienced by men in the county.

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will be dynamic, engaging, motivating,
encouraging, inspiring and personable, highly organised, a skilled and
experienced facilitator, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have
a good understanding of complex mental health challenges.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

The Life Planning Co-ordinator will be based at CKLP?s head office
in Naas, Co. Kildare.?There is provision for some working from home
in the present pandemic circumstances but will be required
periodically to attend face to face meetings. The position is based on
a 2-day week, Wednesday and Thursday (**Apply on the website** hours),
exclusive of lunch hours.

A fixed term contract to December **Apply on the website** will be
offered to the successful candidate. The contract will be part time

Thursdays) and the salary will be within a scale of ?**Apply on the

rata) based on experience. Garda vetting is required for this
position.
