Learning and Development Administrator
The RoleGrant Thornton has experienced significant growth in recent
years. We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and
ambitious individual to join us as a Learning and Development
Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and
develop their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The Learning and Development team sits within the broader Human
Resources function.

As a key part of the L&D Team, reporting to the Head of L&D, you will
be responsible for the day to day management of our Graduate Trainee
Development Programme.

Role and

_RESPONSIBILITIES_ will include:

Ownership of completing exam registrations as well as exam performance
analysis and reporting same to the business.

Working collaboratively with the business in deploying new training
strategies for our Graduate group

General L&D administrative, communication and budgetary processes.

Supporting the L&D team to explore new training offerings, monitor
programme effectiveness and maintain the firm Learning Management
System.

Working collaboratively with the firm&#**Apply on the website**;s
external business partners and with colleagues at all levels, is
essential to success in the role.

Your Skills/Experience3rd level degree qualified in HR or a related
field**Apply on the website** years? experience in a similar role

Excellent ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
(Power BI an advantage)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written
and oral)
Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management skills - ability to
build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple
tasks with tight overlapping deadlines.

_ABILITY TO_ work under pressure and respond quickly to changing
priorities.

Creative thinker with the ability to work on their own initiative and
problem solve

_EXPERIENCE OF_ working with talent at an early career stage an
advantage.

_EXPERIENCE OF_ working in a professional services environment
