CROOM FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE IS RECRUITING A
MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

* Min. Level 7 qualification in Family Support, Community
Development, Social Care or another relevant qualification
* Min. 3 years’ experience in a Community Sector Project. Have
Management & Family Support experience in a community-based setting
* Evidence of devising and implementing strategic, operational &
work plans.
* Experience in accessing funding for programme work, managing
budgets and policy development
* Strong evidence of managing an organisation’s operational
overview including supervision of staff team & HR issues
* Proven track record in interagency collaboration including
statutory, community & voluntary agencies
* Good knowledge of Children First and case management including
the Meitheal National Practice Model
* Experience related to Facilitation and Management in areas such
as, but not limited to, HR/Finance/Health and Safety would be an
advantage
* Access to own transport and a full clean driving licence.
