Sales Support, Customer Service Executive for their busy offices in
South Dublin.
The Estimator: ?
* Minimum 3 years experience of Estimation of Joinery fit out ?
* Degree in Construction Economics, Quantity Surveying or or time
served within the Joinery Fit Out industry ?
* Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills ?
* Must be IT literate across microsoft suite ?
* Strong understanding of Autocad drawings and joinery products ?
* Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced enviroment
The
ROLE:
* Tendering large and small joinery fit out projects ?
* Preparation of detailed purchase orders ?
* Managing all bid pricing from vendors ?
* Understanding the scope of works to be estimated ?
* Preparation of cost analysis ?
* Reviewing and tightening up cost estimates ?
* Maintaning clear communication with all stakeholders in-house and
externally
