CALL FOR PROPOSALS
RESEARCHING & MAPPING A SOCIAL PRESCRIBING FRAMEWORK FOR EAST CORK

BACKGROUND

SECAD is seeking to engage external contracted resources to produce a
piece of research related to social prescribing for clients in the
East Cork area. The contracted party or parties which may be sourced
from an academic organisation or institute or partnership thereof OR
an individual contractor or partnership thereof, will be required to
profile existing local community wellbeing assets, including mapping
and identifying potential referral pathways for clients across East
Cork. This would include those who are already attending a GP
practice.

In addition to this, the contracted party will be required to set out
a viable operational model, which SECAD would implement in **Apply on
the website** to deliver a social prescribing programme for
individuals seeking support. The identified operational model would
have to be packaged in a presentable and concise format for the
purposes of pitching to potential funders and key stakeholders.
