We are currently seeking applications for the position of an HR
Administrator with Co. Wexford Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) CLG
and Kilcannon Industries CLG.

ROLE SUMMARY

The purpose of the position of HR Administrator is to provide high
quality and best practice standards in relation to all aspects of the
HR function.

KEY DUTIES:

The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the
HR department with the implementation of the organisations policies
and procedures as well as accurately maintaining all documentation
associated with HR and personnel files (physical and digital).

* Administration of all Human Resource databases and systems ensuring
integrity and accuracy of data.
* Participate fully in the uploading of employee information and
maintenance of Timepoint HRIS and the rollout of any new HR Technology
solutions.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of leave applications and
relevant correspondence for annual, maternity, parental, career break
leave etc.
* Assist with the development, maintenance and review of Standard
Operating Procedures, which will assist in the efficient and effective
delivery of HR services.
* Assist with the recruitment process including scheduling,
interviewing candidates, formal offer
* Issuing Terms & Conditions/offer letters
* Act as Garda Vetting Liaison Person for the organisation.
* Assist and provide administrative support to the HR Manager in the
management of operational IR/ER issues, which arise e.g. Disciplinary
& Grievance handling.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Human Resources
systems and processes to support operational effectiveness and to
facilitate decision-making through the provision of timely and
relevant information and the production of relevant reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

in a HR role in a fast-paced environment.

* Relevant third level qualification in HR or related discipline (NFQ
Level 7 or higher)
