Experienced Chef required for a small 40 seat restaurant/wine bar with a high standard of cuisine. Duties to include preparation, cooking and presentation of meals. Applicant must have a knowledge of contemporary and International cuisine for modern Irish food with a twist. High standards of quality and hygiene management are required. Applicants should be innovative, quality conscious with a high standard of presentation. Must have a good working knowledge of HACCP.
