PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (PHCPC)

SUMMARY:?The PHC Programme Coordinator will have overall
responsibility for ensuring the development and implementation of a
peer led, Primary Health Care (PHC) Programme for the Traveller
Community in West Cork, from a community development perspective. This
will involve managing and supporting Traveller Community Health
Workers (TCHW?s) to identify and deliver culturally appropriate
health initiatives throughout the area.

This is a fixed term contract subject to funding, full time, **Apply
