Chief Operating Officer
There are currently Stars all over the world that are not utilizing
their presence. A lot of brands or individuals find it hard to make
contact or do not know how to make contact with Stars. Our mission is
to revolutionize the way entertainers are presented, interacted with
and booked. Starfolio goes beyond just booking. We aim to provide
Stars with the tools needed to maximize revenue, time and efficiency.

Starfolio facilitates the online management of revenue generating
opportunities between stars & brands/fans

The

ROLE:

Reporting to the Management team

Actively grow business through new clients and brand partners

Maintain and grow incremental business with existing clients

Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

Responsible for building effective relationships with key clients,
partners and stakeholders both internally and externally

Maintain and grow the client and partner base in different
geographical locations

Experience and Qualification

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Proven experience managing existing customers and winning new
customers with a history of consistently surpassing sales targets

Knowledge of brands and marketing activity across different sectors
Personal Qualities:

Self-motivated, target driven, structured and organised

Resilient, competitive and driven to succeed

Attention to detail is essential when it comes to project management

Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative

Have a proactive approach to customer needs

Strong analytical skills and computer literacy is essential

Always being on the lookout for new opportunities Rewards:

Competitive salary based on experience plus performance related
commission and bonuses

Potential for equity based on KPIs being hit Fully expensed travel
