DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF MODEL OF CARE FOR CRISIS RESOLUTION SERVICES
AND PILOT SITE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
SUMMARY
The HSE Mental Health Strategy and Planning function invites
applications from suitably qualified and experienced clinicians,
researchers or facilitators to undertake a service design process to
inform the design and development of Crisis Resolution Services
consisting of Crisis Resolution Teams and ?Crisis Cafes? within
Mental Health Services. The project tender requirements include 1)
Engagement with the Crisis Resolution Services working group and all
key identified stakeholders; 2) Review of international best practice
literature on Crisis Resolution Services; 3) Design and development of
a Clinical Model of Care (MOC) for the implementation of Crisis
Resolution Services in collaboration with the Crisis Resolution
Services working group; and 4) Development of a pilot site
implementation plan. It is envisaged that the successful applicant
will work collaboratively with all key stakeholders and involve them
in the design process. Fieldwork and stakeholder engagement must be

service implementation and Pilot Site Implementation Plan being

AS PART OF THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF HSE MENTAL HEALTH
CRISIS SERVICES. AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT PRECLUDE THE
SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR FROM THE PARTICIPATION IN OR AWARD OF FUTURE
CONTRACTS IN RELATION TO THIS WORK.
