TITLE:

Security Advisory Practitioner

LOCATION:

Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin **Apply on the website** (Hybrid
Model) This role is being offered on a permanent basis. Summary of
role:

In AIB the Security Advisory Team is responsible for ensuring that AIB
makes informed cyber decisions, by working alongside Technology and
Business colleagues to ensure that security is involved as part of key
business decisions. The Security Advisory Team offer guidance, provide
consultations as well as partnering with colleagues to ensure that
Information Security is realised as a key business requirement.

We?re looking for someone who:

Understanding of Information Security Standards (ISO, NIST) and
Industry-specific Standards (PCI DSS)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

_ABILITY TO_ analyse complex information and present simplified
compelling output with a high degree of accuracy

Strong organisation and time management skills with critical attention
to detail

_ABILITY TO_ work to challenging schedules & balance competing
priorities

_YOU WILL_ need to show us that you can/have:

Decision Making:

Approval of iRequest workflows and Remedy Change. Considering the
request in light of any associated information security risk

Managing the team mailbox and agreeing allocation of work amongst the
team

Interpreting and processing standard requests from IT and the business
Problem Solving:

Enabling the business by providing information on Digital Resilience
solutions

Advising the business on suitable encryption tooling

Understanding when to refer to specialist colleagues (e.g. Security
Architecture)

COLLABORATION:

Encourages collaboration by creating an environment conducive for
discussions.

Ensures that a technical or non-technical audience can understand the
risks associated with cyber security

Level of Influence:

Influences team?s ability to achieve positive outcomes by
collaborating to meet our common objectives.

Being a team player and assisting your colleagues to achieve these
objectives.

Ensuing that the balance of risk between business and cyber risk is
well considered and well documented.

Culture and Conduct:

Champions a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose,

procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.
Desirable but not essential:

Bachelor?s Degree or its international equivalent, preferably in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Intelligence or
Communications (or related fields);

Have an understanding and experience of key banking processes,
specific knowledge of areas within Security would be an advantage;
Have a proven experience of Information Security Practises in a
