ABOUT DAISYHOUSE HOUSING ASSOCIATION
Daisyhouse Housing Association is a **Apply on the website**-year-old,
registered charity and Approved Housing Body supporting individuals
out of homelessness. We do this through the provision of Supported
Temporary Accommodation combined with uniquely tailored individual
Personal Support Programmes to individuals who are homeless. We
provide this service for an **Apply on the website**-month period so
that they can break the cycle of homelessness and be empowered to move
forward to independent, safe, sustainable living. We also provide a
fully comprehensive resettlement programme.
JOB TITLE: Social Care Worker

Circular Road, Dublin 8
JOB TYPE: Full time permanent
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week-Monday to Friday
9am-5pm (Can offer some flexibility). Remote On call provision
weekdays and weekends on a rostered basis
SALARY: HSE Social Care Worker Salary Scale
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To work as a part of an integrated team providing responsive services
to people who are out of home. To facilitate a continuum of care to
people who are homeless and in recovery from substance misuse through
the provision of a case management approach.
