comfortable operating at scale. As part of a senior team you will be

the Consulting practice, working with Sector and Competency Leads in
this regard.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Strategic Transformation, you will:

Demonstrate strong commercial experience in your chosen industry
environment e.g. Agri-food, Consumer goods, Construction, Technology,
pharma/life sciences etc;

Build quality trusted relationships with clients that drive lasting
product outcomes to develop valued relationships by leveraging your
own network of clients and their network;

Create high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource
on one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape
services to client problems;

Deliver clear and concise communication with internal and external
stakeholders, including the delivery and facilitation of workshops and
formal presentations, showing a high level of competency in use of
Microsoft Suite

Lead, manage and empower small teams

Drive improvements in business processes, you will serve as a role
model for Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) and make sure that project
teams understand and comply with their Q&RM guidelines.

firm or industry (strong track record in consulting is highly
desirable);

_YOU WILL_ be experienced in delivering in complex private sector
environments e.g. Agri-food, Consumer goods, Construction, Technology,
pharma/life sciences etc;

A proven track record in delivering a suite of strategic planning and
business transformation consulting services;

Senior stakeholder (e.g. Board, C-Suite) communication experience;

Strong academic record including a third level degree.

As a respected senior professional you will communicate effectively
with their engagement partners and managers and work to build, manage
and motivate high-performing teams, and help key staff to build
sustainable competencies.

Engagement responsibilities include:

Working comfortably at senior client levels, building &#**Apply on the

Delivering engagements to time, cost and quality within appropriate
governance frameworks;

Solving business and strategic issues through collaboration and
teaming;

other service lines.

People responsibilities include:

Contributing to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and
training professionals;
