with Malt whiskey at its heart. The distillery location anchors Roe &
Co whiskey firmly in the heart of the liberties within a stone?s
throw from St. Patrick?s tower, the last relic of George Roe?s
original extraordinary distillery.
Situated in the heart of the original Golden Triangle of Irish
Whiskey, our Urban Distillery endeavours to build lifelong advocates
in the visitors who join us.

**Apply on the website** seat cocktail garden, whiskey, cocktails and
food come together, our two show-stopping experiential tour rooms and

About the Role
The Roe and Co Cocktail Specialist will welcome guests to our home,
and showcase the spirit of collaboration, innovation and exploration
that lays at the core of Roe & Co Irish Whiskey. You?ll be
passionate about the drinks culture and be one of the best mixologists
in the business. There will be strong collaboration with Diageo Brand
Ambassadors as well as being a true teammate.
You?ll provide an outstanding customer experience by engaging and
exciting our visitors with your skill, knowledge and personality,
implementing innovation around our overall portfolio with a focus on
Roe & Co. Ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable experience,
you will work with a customer first mindset and build bespoke
experiences and drinks tailoring service to meet the needs of the
customer.
_YOU WILL_ generate advocacy for the brand, by delivering incredible
guest experiences in a high-end service environment being able to wow
them with your mixology and creative skills behind the bar as well as
guiding guests through our distillery experiences, boutique retail
offering and food and beverage programmes.
_YOU WILL_ provide the highest levels of service to guests in our food
and beverage areas as well as being accountable for stock control.
_YOU WILL_ act as a whiskey and cocktail educator for guests as well
as a vital resource for sales teams to support and encourage customers
in engaging with our portfolios.
Weekend and evening work is required.
About You
To be successful, you?ll bring creativity and have top mixology
skills as well as extensive knowledge of spirits, particularly whisky,
and cocktails. This role requires the highest standards of customer
and professional service and you will have worked extensively in a
high end hospitality venue, passionate about customer experience and
world-class drinks.
You?ll have experience crafting innovative cocktail menus in
accordance with customer trends, in order to be a true brand
ambassador for Diageo and crafting unforgettable experience for our
customers.
You?ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and
previous experience of stock control is also key.
