This is an excellent opportunity to join the mission-driven,
results-driven and client focused Clann Credo team.  Joining our
disbursals team of two professionals and working with the Social
Finance Executive team, the role of Senior Loan Administrator is a
critical role in the company and focuses on efficiently collating a
portfolio of documentation for each client across our growing client
base, cross referencing with Clann Credo’s credit compliance
checklist and presenting to the Loan Authoriser for loan disbursal
approval, while delivering a first class customer service to our
clients. The major areas of responsibility for the Senior Loan
Administrator are;

* Borrowers compliance with company credit policy
* Quality customer service


The selected candidate will demonstrate an ability to exercise good
judgment, think critically and offer solutions to challenges with a
high level of professionalism and confidentiality. At times client
facing, they will possess strong data management, communication and
numeracy skills.  Crucially, the appointed candidate will demonstrate
an ability to work to weekly and demanding loan disbursal deadlines
while effectively managing multiple borrower portfolios.


* Minimum 3 years in a compliance/credit/grants administration role,
* Qualification in credit/finance, business or administration would
be advantageous,
* Proven track record of analysing capital project costs and
projecting cashflow requirements, 
* Proven track record of managing multiple client
* Knowledge of the community and voluntary sector would be
* Knowledge of procurement procedures would be advantageous,
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office,
* Full drivers’ licence and own transport.

DURATION OF CONTRACT Full time permanent position.
LOCATION OF POST  Inchicore, Dublin (post covid Public Health
HOURS OF WORK  9am – 5.**Apply on the website**pm Monday to Friday

outside normal office hours on occasions.
SALARY   Commensurate with experience relevant to the role, and in

BONUS  An annual discretionary bonus may be awarded subject to
Pension  Defined contribution pension scheme. The company will
contribute twice the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of
