KNOCKNAHEENY HOLLYHILL YOUTH PROJECT

CAF? MANAGER

Funded by the HSE and Tusla the Canteen based at the Knocknaheeny
Hollyhill Youth project provides healthy and nutritious food at
affordable prices in a community setting, whilst providing employment
and training opportunities for local people and the provision of
functions and supports to the community,

The ideal candidate working **Apply on the website** hours a week
9.**Apply on the website** a.m. to 3.**Apply on the website** p.m.
will have previous experience with a busy catering environment. Will
work well as a part of team, support and train staff and volunteers
and will have strong HR, admin and communications skills.

Candidates must have a Primary Certificate in Food Hygiene and trained
in HACCP and Health and Safety legislation and Food Safety Authority
Act and implement government guidelines. GARDA VETTING WILL APPLY.

Contract is renewable annually subject to funding from the HSE.
