FUNDRAISING ADMINISTRATOR

Office based in Dublin

1. ROLE:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support to our
organisation?s central services team in Dublin. Depaul is a
values-led organisation working with a number of services throughout
Dublin and Belfast.
This role will be reporting into the Individual Giving Deputy Manager
and will provide excellent donor care and to support the
administrative needs of the fundraising department, in particular the
individual giving campaigns.

2. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

* Acting as first point of contact for donors on phone and email.
* Processing and tracking of individual donation.
* Preparing and submitting our Direct Debit file on a monthly basis.
* Managing Charitable Tax Donation Scheme.
* Issuing thank you letters to donors and responding to donors?
queries.
* Preparing donation summary and income tracking reports in line
with financial processes.
* Updating and maintaining our database in line with GDPR.
* General fundraising administration tasks as they arise.

The above list is not exhaustive; additional areas of responsibility
may be added over time.

3. PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum of two years? administrative experience, ideally in the
charity sector working in a fundraising department.
* Excellent Excel and Word skills.
* Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
* Ability to balance multiple competing work demands, working to
tight deadlines in a busy environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
