LOCATION OF POST: This post will be based between our office in
Glanmire and day service in Mayfield in Cork.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Scheduler and Administrator will report to
the Scheduler and Operations Manager.
SALARY: ?**Apply on the website** per hour, Sunday hours paid

Public Holidays paid at Double Time
JOB TYPE: Part time, Permanent
PROBATION: 6 months

over 3 days per week, Fri ? Sun

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The Scheduler will manage our operational team placements matching the
most suitable employee?s availability with the client needs.

They will also assist in ensuring the proper flow of office procedures
and support the management team in the delivery of services to our
client base. This will necessitate comprehensive familiarisation with
the work of the company, its referral agents, and the service demands
of the client group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Creating & managing schedules
* Filling shifts as needed over the weekend
* Updating availability for staff team
* Supporting timesheet process
* Answering, logging & directing incoming calls
* Escalating emergency calls to the on-call service
* Admin support

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

_QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE_

* MUST HAVE experience working with scheduling / rostering and be
comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Administrative, HR or office support experience, ideally within a
social care / health or disability environment is advantageous
* MUST HAVE proficient IT skills including a working knowledge of
Microsoft Packages - Excel and Word and in particular must be
comfortable working with spreadsheets
* An appropriate qualification in business / office skills will be
an advantage

And: Candidates must have a suitable standard of professional
attainments.

And: Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability
(including a high standard of suitability and management ability for
the proper discharge of the duties of the office) with a minimum of
two years proven experience
