1. CONTEXT
The A Lust for Life Schools Programme is a Netflix style primary
school programme established in **Apply on the website**s of schools
around the country that is designed to equip children with the tools
and skills to navigate the ups and downs of life by building emotional
wellbeing, emotional literacy, and emotional resilience programme for
3rd ? 6th class children.
The programme has been written by a team of teachers, educational
specialists as well as clinical psychologists and consists of a suite
of ten lessons designed to be delivered once a week over a school
term. Each lesson covers different topics from wellbeing, managing
friendships to navigating the tricky world of social media, all of
which link directly to the SPHE curriculum and are designed to teach
children the tools to manage their own wellbeing from a young age. The
programme is grounded in practice based research and is subject to
