CES: Research & Evaluation Project Specialist
RESEARCH & EVALUATION PROJECT SPECIALIST

CES is seeking an experienced researcher to lead the delivery of
high-quality evidence informed?programmes of work which will
involve?research,?evaluations,?and?policy?which promote
better?outcomes for children, families, and communities in Ireland
and Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong interest
in the development?and promotion of?evidence-informed?policy
and?services. They will have a clear understanding of the challenges
for practitioners?engaged in?delivering such services.

The postholder will be passionate about?embedding?a research
approach more firmly within the planning, design and implementation
of?policy and?services.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE (BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED
TO):

* Working in a collaborative manner with internal and external
stakeholders, to ensure effective working relationships.
* Working as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of
high quality and timely evidenced informed projects.
* Supporting the organisation in applying for new work/funding.
* Maintaining and developing their own area of expertise, while
keeping abreast of best practice developments.
* Compliance with all CES policies and standards especially
regarding resource management, project management and performance
management.

The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration
of 3 years. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive
