PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTS TECHNICIAN (PART-TIME)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Relevant qualification at minimum QQI Level 7 in Accounting or
Finance plus minimum of 2 years? experience in similar position OR
minimum of QQI Level 6 in Business Studies or Accounting plus minimum
of 5 years? experience in similar position.
* Experience in budgeting and cashflow, generating reports and
projections.
* Experience in preparing financial statements and familiar with
year end procedure
* Preparing accounts for audit
* Experience in financial record keeping, financial reporting and
using computerised accounts software and systems
* Experience of computerised and manual payroll systems
* Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
* Office management experience, organisational and secretarial
skills
* Experience of working in administration
* Information Technology skills and experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to communicate effectively with people and provide
information using a range of communication methods including social
media and newsletters.
