THE PERSON

The successful candidate WILL PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN THE ACHIEVEMENT
OF OUR MISSION WHICH IS TO support and empower our members to provide
the highest quality Early Learning and Care and School Age Childcare
services for children and their families in centres and
childminders? homes. Reporting to the CEO, and as a member of the
senior leadership team, the postholder will play an integral role in

JOB DESCRIPTION

Early Childhood Ireland is the leading membership organisation in the
Early Learning and Care and Scholl Age Childcare sector, with over

strong track record that spans over five decades and our vision is
that every young child is thriving and learning in quality Early
Learning and Care and School Age Childcare in centre-based and
childminding settings.

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
CONTRACT: Full-time, permanent
LOCATION: The organisation is operating on a hybrid basis for the
foreseeable future. Our national office is based at Tallaght in south
Dublin.

JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder will direct and manage a high-impact and effective team
within Early Childhood Ireland. Reporting to the CEO, and as a member
of the senior leadership team. They will play a key role in achieving
the goals of the Strategic Plan **Apply on the website**. THEY WILL
HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY OF MEMBERSHIP
BENEFITS, SUPPORTS, AND SERVICES. They will ensure that Early
Childhood Ireland is a competent, innovative, and effective learning
organisation, underpinned by extensive knowledge and skills. The post
holder will clearly and publicly articulate the importance and value
of high-quality, innovation and good practice in Early Learning and
Care and School Age Childcare settings.
