Choice Services, the in-house service delivery organisation within
Choice Housing, are looking to appoint someone to To manage the
delivery of maintenance services and multi-trade works including
inspections, maintenance Engineers and specialist sub-contractors.
This Supervisor will develop a front line multi-skilled maintenance
service and team who will work efficiently, be self-motivated and work
to a performance based contract.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* A detailed technical knowledge of building maintenance including
inspections, scoping of works, organising labour and sub-contractors.
* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of using IT \ database
systems and keeping records up to date eg Excel, Word and mobile
systems (eg phone \ tablet).
* Evidence and experience in pricing works, organising materials and
controlling job budgets and costs in maintenance \ works delivery.
* Current valid driving licence and access to private transport
* Must have a minimum of either 5 years working in either a Trades
background or a Technical building services management background.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* An understanding of the needs of Social Housing Tenants.
