WEXFORD RAPE CRISIS

ADMINISTRATION WORKER VACANCY

Wexford Rape Crisis is a service offering counselling to women, men
and young people who have experienced any type of Domestic, Sexual or
Gender-Based violence; rape, sexual assault, past childhood sexual
abuse or any kind of sexual trauma in their lives. In addition, we
offer support counselling to a partner, family member or friend who is
supporting the person who has been abused.

ADMINISTRATION WORKER:

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to provide
administration support to the Wexford Rape Crisis team.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

* A working knowledge of computer packages to include Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Access) as well as filing, report writing and
secretarial duties. ECDL qualification or similar is desirable.
* A flexible approach and an ability to handle a varied workload.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under own
initiative.
* Knowledge of professional boundaries and confidentiality.
* Experience in a clinical setting desirable.
* Knowledge of social media, Facebook, twitter desirable.

CORE DUTIES:

* Receptionist answering all client queries, communication from
current clients. Liaising with counselling team re scheduling of
appointments and sessions. Management of online calendar.
* Inputting information onto a database. Generating monthly and
yearly statistics and reports/pie-charts etc. Prepare reports by
collecting and analysing information
* Maintain client and Centre confidentiality while following company
data protection procedures.
* Assisting with administration of functions/events.
* Responsible for the maintenance of the building in general,
ensuring everything in the organisation is kept in good working order
and repair.
* Respond to other duties which may from time to time be assigned by
the Manager in reflection of the needs of the center.

REMUNERATION: Point 2, Grade IV Clerical Scale.
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week (Monday to Friday).
CONTRACT: Initially 3-year contract.
