SOCIAL SUPPORT WORKER POSITIONS-FULL TIME AND RELIEF

KILDARE / WICKLOW / DUBLIN

Attuned Programmes Ireland have exciting opportunities for Social
Support Workers interesting in working in a new, innovative and truly

directing us as to how they want to lead their life.

Our houses are all community based and centrally located in order to
avail of all local activities, amenities and educational/employment
opportunities. Our aim is to support people to be actively and truly
involved in their communities.

We also highly value our teams of Social Support Workers experience
and expertise in their own role and involve the teams at all levels of
reviewing policy, developing Working Groups and being central to
continually improving the companies delivery of high quality services.

OVERVIEW OF THE POST:

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a dedicated and
innovative team in a community-based house providing high quality,
person-led support to people with a range of intellectual abilities
and/or diagnosis of ASD, within a quality framework. The Social
Support Worker will support the Social Care Workers and Person in
Charge, in ensuring that all regulatory obligations and standards are
being implemented, maintained and improved on at all times.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

_ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:_

* Level 5 qualification in a related Social/Health/Community capacity

_DESIRABLE CRITERIA_

* Experience of working with individuals with a variety of
intellectual abilities and/or a diagnosis of ASD
* Understanding of HIQA Standards and guidance within Respite or
Residential service setting and ensuring best practice
* Experience working within HIQA registered service to required
standard.
