CONTRACT: 2-year fixed term contract
This is a full-time position; however, the option of job-sharing may
be considered and applications are welcome from candidates proposing
to work part-time
The Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA) is Ireland?s leading
sexual health provider. We provide a wide range of services at our
medical clinics and nationwide counselling centres, including
specialist pregnancy counselling, abortion care, sexual and
reproductive health services, and education and training.

The IFPA engages in advocacy and communications in relation to
domestic and international sexual and reproductive health and rights
policy.
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Officer within the
IFPA
The Project Officer will support the work of the Advocacy and
Communications team. Working under the supervision of the Director of
Advocacy and Communications, the Project Officer will support the
IFPA?s international advocacy through engagement with a variety of
stakeholders and collaborative networks. The role will also support
national level advocacy and service quality in relation to abortion,
contraception, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)
more broadly.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL REQUIRE:
* At least 3 years relevant employment experience
* A university degree in social sciences, health, or other relevant
fields
