agency. We are a not for profit charity, which offers support and
services to people of all ages who are experiencing difficulties with
their eyesight.
NCBI SERVICES CURRENTLY HAS A FULL TIME, PERMANENT VACANCY FOR A
CHIEF SERVICES OFFICER (CSO)
The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Management
Team and will report directly to the CEO.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT FOR THE ROLE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
* At least **Apply on the website**-years experience as a Senior
People Manager.
* Broad & extensive experience in the Charity/ Not for Profit sector
in a services/health care environment.
* Master?s level qualification, ideally focused on third sector
knowledge.
* Strong advocate with a passion to make a difference.
* Excellent communications and influencing skills.
* Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
* Methodical and organised.
* Team player with proven ability to motivate and lead a team as
well as working collaboratively with others.
