Kilkenny Community Early Years Project: Two Vacancies


Kilkenny Community Early Years Project CLG provides cross community,
needs based services to children and families, which fosters the
holistic development of the family unit. KCEYP works to support
children and families to reach their full potential in all areas of
development through our Home Liaison team and our Early Years Service.
Our Early Years Service provides a high quality, child-centred,
inclusive and equitable learning environment for children aged **Apply
on the website** years, which focuses on the individual needs of each
child. In addition, our Home Liaison team provides integrated family
support by delivering individual and group programmes, assisting,
liaising and mediating with other professionals who are working with
the family.

KCEYP is currently looking to recruit for the following two positions:

ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR / QUALITY AND INCLUSION COORDINATOR

The successful candidate will support the Project Coordinator in
ensuring the quality and inclusion of all children in the service and
the smooth day to day running of the service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum level 8 qualification and
a minimum of 3 years experience working in the Early Years.

Experience is a similar role would be an asset but not a requirement

Applicants require an excellent working knowledge of Aistear and
Siolta, the ability to support staff and work in partnership with
families. Also, a solution focused approach and a highly motivated
positive and compassionate outlook with good interpersonal,
communication and leadership skills.

SALARY: Competitive

EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** HOURS A WEEK)

Applicants require a minimum QQI Level 6, however Level 7 or 8 would
be desirable.

Experience working in an Early Years setting would be desirable.

The successful applicant will have good working knowledge of Aistear
and Siolta, the ability to work as part of a team and the passion for
working with children in the early years.
