ABOUT THE ROLE:
The purpose of the role will be to manage and enhance the annual
budget process; to develop funding arrangements to support our growth
plans; and to critically assess and rationalise procedures and
arrangements between various departments around financial reporting
and cashflow forecasting. The successful post holder for this position
will be responsible for supporting the Director of Finance and
Corporate Services in ensuring Circle VHA meets its obligations in
terms of compliance and risk management, with an emphasis on ensuring
the long-term viability of the Company.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA,
ACCA or CIMA) with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar
role. Knowledge of Financial standards and Risk management systems and
