Mature Female Personal Assistant required - 12 hours every second weekend
_MATURE FEMALE PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED - **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**

One personal assistant required to assist a professional disabled
woman who is a wheelchair use in all aspects of daily living. This
fantastic opportunity is ideal for a professional, energetic and
positive person with a good sense of humour and an ability to adapt to
new people and environments when attending professional and/or
sociable events.

This is not a medical role, and no previous experience of working with
a disabled person is required.

_DUTIES WHICH ENABLE HER TO LIVE AN ACTIVE AND INDEPENDENT LIFE
INCLUDE:_

* accompanying the woman to and from professional and social events
* assistance with shopping
* assisting her as directed, with some aspects of work in the home
* some light housework duties.

_DISCRETION AND CONFIDENTIALITY NEEDS TO BE PRACTISED IN ALL ASPECTS
OF THIS ROLE ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING KEY COMPETENCIES:_

* excellent verbal communication
* highly organised
* willingness and ability to take instructions and direction
* extremely punctual
* legally permitted to work in Ireland.

_THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO:_

* full clean drivers licences
* attend mandatory training, as arranged by Line Manager.
* attend for interview.

Further ?on the job? training and full direction in all areas of
this position will be provided.
Favourable basic, anti-social and Weekend rates offered. This position
is part time - and is required every second weekend (Saturday and
Sunday) for **Apply on the website** hours and occasional cover, to
fill gaps in holiday and sick leave. A willingness towards flexibility
is preferable.
