Leading pharmaceutical business is looking for a Site Director to lead
all FM activities for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing site based
in Dublin. Key duties will include;
Role details:
? Managing hard, soft and project services for the site
? Leading all strategic development for the contract
? Day to day budget management including working to annual and
monthly budgets
? Talent planning and development of on-site FM team
? Scoping and delivery of additional works on the site
? Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
? Ensuring compliance with GMP regulation
? Holding regular update and progress meetings
? Meeting key site monthly objectives
Requirements:
You will ideally come from a technical services background with
knowledge of managing TFM contracts within the pharmaceutical/life
sciences sector. Strong team leadership and budget management
experience is also essential for the role Position: FM Site Director - Dublin based
