U CASADH CLG SEEKS TO RECRUIT A PROJECT MANAGER
U-Casadh CLG is a community-based project established in **Apply on

Kilkenny?and?Waterford. Our vision is to be a catalyst for change in
attitudes to crime, social exclusion, rehabilitation and justice
throughout Ireland.
MISSION STATEMENT
_The core aims of our suite of programmes and interventions are__ __to
provide a quality support service for offenders,?ex-offenders,?those
at risk of offending and their families, and other marginalised groups
in the Waterford area that will facilitate their full participation in
community and economic life._
The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is
progressive and innovative in its thinking, at a very exciting time of
development. We are actively working on finding, developing and
implementing sustainable change interventions for our clients. This is
achieved through a combination of group programmes and individual
interactions. U-Casadh leads on outreach programmes e.g. Atelier Roma
Project, Community Employment Scheme and social enterprise activities.
The appointment is by annual contract and is funding dependent. The
Project Manager will report to, and be accountable to, the Board of
U-Casadh CLG. He/she will play a strong leadership role within the
organisation building on current successes and ensuring that the ethos
and values of U-Casadh are embodied throughout daily practice. He/she
will be responsible for the day to day management of the organisation
and will provide leadership and expertise in the areas of performance
management and strategic resourcing.
