Home based, you will be responsible for growing service and support
revenue generated by our client&#**Apply on the website**;s customer
success teams. Your role encompasses two key facets, one to increase
service income from current clients - upselling service cover and
support packages and two, to identify new potential clients. You will
cover the whole of Ireland attending relevant conferences, trade shows
etc - in addition to undertaking site visits.
The role requires scientific sales skills - ideally gained in the
service contracts sector. The ability to identify and grow new clients
is absolutely crucial! Knowledge of the spectroscopy and/or
chromatography sector is highly beneficial as is GXP familiarity.
