Reporting To: Sales Manager
Fully accountable for teams figures by co-ordinating and managing the activities of a team of sales executives on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for teams individual progress and development, and ensure optimum levels of revenue delivery and customer service levels are achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for delivery of both individual and team revenue against predefined targets and associated KPI’s. (mitigating against absences, holidays and unforeseen circumstances)
Ensure at both an individual and team level the highest standards of customer service are delivered and constantly improved upon.
Demonstrate and deliver management best practice within a customer driven sales environment
Promote and inspire fun, morale, motivation and team performance
Key skills / experience required:
Strong sales experience
Strong call centre/ contact centre experience
Proven people management experience
IT or business qualification desirable
Genuine interest in PC software proven by knowledge of applications
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge in other areas
