About the Job
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Personal Assistant for a maternity leave contract. Excellent salary and benefits included.

Job Objective

Provide a full range of highly confidential administrative support to a Number of Senior Directors.
• Work closely with the General Manager to organise, manage and administer their business agenda including their calendar and business travel ensuring all arrangements are co-ordinated to maximise the effective use of time on key business issues and all documentation is in place including preparation of expense reports.
• Organise and manage the calendar, expenses, off site/on site meetings, Purchase Orders and general administration for the other Directors as requested.
• Co-ordinate with the General Manager and their leadership team to ensure the timely release of all purchase orders, contracts and schedules and Act as General Manager’s proxy for release of requests for approval.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly Leadership Team meetings, record and issue action items and commitments and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate all activities relating to customer engagement meetings with Senior Corporate, Group, Division and Bottler Management.
• Schedule, co-ordinate and organise activities related to the quarterly Business Unit updates.
• Co-ordinate special projects as assigned.
• Excellent communication, planning organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload & meet deadlines
• Proficient in SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
• Judgement and innate ability to deal with different cultural issues
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Influencing people at all levels
• Minimum of five years experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL.
