Customer Supply Co-ordinator vacancy introduction:
As Customer Supply Co-ordinator (CSC) within Tooling and Engineering
Distributors (TED) Ltd, you&#**Apply on the website**;ll be based from
our Dublin branch but be field based covering the **Apply on the

You will deliver goods to the customer, loading the items into the
Vending Systems or VMI solution at the customers&#**Apply on the
website**; premises. You&#**Apply on the website**;ll also be
responsible for maintaining our vending machines hardware and
software, assisting on breakdowns where necessary.
There is a significant amount of customer contact so we&#**Apply on
the website**;re seeking some who is able to understand customer
needs, resolve queries and work to establish a productive and
profitable relationship. In addition, working within the branch as
part of the team is an essential part of the role so we&#**Apply on
the website**;re also seeking a team player.
This role is a critical part of the process through which TED delivers
and manages goods for our customers.
Customer Supply Co-ordinator Role and Responsibilities Include:
?Deliver the stock to the customer site and unload the products
?Monitor, replenish and order stock to onsite automated vending
machines
?Respond and resolve any customer queries in an effective manner
?Liaise with clients and suppliers to understand their requirements
?Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately
?Light maintenance and repairs of Vending Machines
?Software and Database maintenance
The ideal Customer Supply Co-ordinator:
?Proven warehouse experience and full clean Driving Licence are
essential
?Effective communication and relationship building skills
?Proactive attitude with the ability to resolve issues
?Able to lift stock/stock boxes utilising safe manual handling
techniques (we provide compliance training)
?Customer facing/service experience is highly desirable
