esate consultancy in Dublin. The duties are listed below, this role is

* Setting up block management structures where none have existed
previously
* Managing the facilities on all aspects of block operations
* Preparation of service charge budget & sinking fund budgets,
apportionment and collection of service charges
* Remediation of previously inadequately addressed facilities
management requirements
* Liaising with maintenance contractors, procurement and management of
on-site works
* Organising annual contracts with service providers
* General site maintenance & site inspections
* Attendance at Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings and
