JOB TITLE: RELIEF WORKER
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to CEO and other designated persons
PURPOSE OF JOB: The primary purpose of the job is to:
* Provide cover for annual leave, sick leave and training days for
permanent staff members, including Keyworkers, Social care Workers,
Night Support Workers, Weekend Support Workers and Weekend Activity
Workers, who cover core and other day-time hours, night-time hours and
weekend hours.
* Provide support and structured services to residents in the
Refuge, with an emphasis on progressing needs.
* Ensure the safety and security of women and children resident in
Aoibhneas.
* Represent the work and ethos of Aoibhneas.

ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to:
* Ensure the safety and security of Women and Children resident in
Aoibhneas Women and Children?s Refuge.
* Represent the work and ethos of Aoibhneas Women and Children?s
Refuge.
