THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS -
* Three years? post grad? experience within a
supervisory/managerial role, in a children?s residential unit
* Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others
* Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving
attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential
* A current full clean Driving Licence prior to commencement of
employment
* A Bachelor or MA/MSc in any of the following fields: Social Care;
Applied Social Studies; Applied Social Studies in Social Care; Social
Care Practice; Social Science; Psychology; Child and Adolescent
Psychotherapy, Youth and Community Work, Social Work, Teaching,
Nursing.
