Medical Secretary/PA
Our client based in Limerick are seeking an experience Senior Medical
Secretary (PA) on a permanent basis. In this role you will take full
responsibility of managing an extremely busy diary whilst handling all
patient files and liaises between patients, hospital staff and the
consultant.

Responsibilities:
* Full diary management for the consultant&#**Apply on the
website**;s busy schedule.
* Schedule confirm and rebook appointments on a daily basis.
* Maintain and manage all patients&#**Apply on the website**; files,
whilst also maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
* Follow up on Patients test results with the hospital ahead of
appointments.
* Maintain a well organised filing system for each patient and
ensuring each document is present to the consultant before filing
away.
* Excellent phone manner and the ability to express compassion
understanding at all times.

Skills:
* 3+ years EA/PA or Office management experience is essential.
* 3+ years experience maintaining a complex filing system, scanning
multiple documents, email and fax are essential.
* Excellent Microsoft office skills, with a strong emphasis on
excel.
* Diary management experience, familiar with booking and
rescheduling appointments.
* Excellent time management with ability to work towards strict
deadlines.
