Company Details:

An established, leading Construction firm with extensive experience in
the construction industry across a variety of sectors is seeking to
employ a Site Foreman for a role in Cork. They have a proven
reputation in project delivery and cover a broad range of projects
from commercial fit-out to high-end residential projects across city
and County Cork.

Offering a superb team environment and a history of producing quality
work, this role would ideally suit someone with a "hands-on"
background with the ability to lead others by example. You will need
to have the ability to work on your own initiative and feed into the
management team of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Managing a range of projects from start to finish and delegating
work to co-workers

* Managing site meetings

* Managing all trades and ensuring work is scheduled effectively

* Supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance

* Ordering and control of materials on site.

* Manage & implement Health & Safety standards on site

* Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure that proper quality
is maintained

* Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner

* Must be "hands-on" and offer a strong "can-do" attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

in construction and ideally coming from a carpentry background.

* Experience working on a range of projects from residential to
commercial would be ideal

* Ability to lead by example and offer strong organisational skills

* Implementing on-site health and safety procedures.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written
communication skills.
