Archways is a not for profit organisation researching and delivering
evidence based programmes for children and families in Ireland. One of
the programmes we deliver is Functional Family Therapy.

Archways have been commissioned to establish a new project in the
north side of Dublin to address the challenges faced by young people
involved or are at risk of involvement in crime networks. The project
will have a strong focus on family support and will work with partner
agencies to provide targeted interventions to young people and their
families. The project will run for a 3year period and as part of the
University of Limerick ?Greentown Project? aims to reduce the
influence of criminal networks on young people and provide them with
alternative pro-social pathways. Full training will be provided in the
Functional Family Therapy model.

As part of this initiative Archways now wishes to recruit the
following posts.

PROJECT MANAGER

?The project Manager will report to the CEO of Archways and will be
responsible for the following:

* Establishing and working with a local oversight committee
consisting of local community and statutory organisations
* Developing an implementation plan for the project
* The day to day coordination of the project
* Developing annual work plans in conjunction with the oversight
committee for the project
* Working with the research team to ensure all relevant data is
collected
* Ensuring KPIs for the project are met
* Build relationships and service pathways with local community and
statutory service providers
* Providing staff support and supervision
* Liaising with relevant local and national structures
* Organising project events

Candidates will have a degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of
3 years? experience in a project management position. They will have
experience of working in the Community and voluntary sector, working
within or alongside statutory agencies and experience of managing a
staff team. A knowledge of evidence based programmes for young people
and families and prevention and early intervention/criminality is
desirable.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

The clinical supervisor will provide leadership and support to the
team of functional family therapists who will work on this project.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to work from a
strength based, trauma-informed, youth and family development
perspective and preferably have a proven track record of delivering
highly effective work with young people and families with complex
needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

?

* Candidates must have a minimum of a Primary Degree in
Psychotherapy/Family Therapy/Counselling Psychology with preferably an
additional Diploma in Supervision.
* Full accreditation with the relevant professional body is
essential. - e.g.? IACP,IAHIP?
* Two or more year?s supervisory experience in a child/youth
family services or other clinical settings preferred
* 5 years direct clinical experience with adolescents or family
systems
* Must have strong organisational, administrative, interpersonal,
and clinical skills
* Valid driver?s license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensuring high-quality performance of the Functional Family Therapy
team in all areas including counselling, case management, and timely
completion of accurate case documentation
* Providing clinical supervision weekly to include both individual
and group supervision
* Assisting therapists by supervising complex cases and encouraging
them to find ways of ??????persisting with challenge and
disengagement of clients
* Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies including
incident reporting procedures
* Ensuring compliance and timelines, accuracy, and quality of
clinical documentation
* Ensuring quality casework practice, which includes safety and risk
assessment of children and families and case progress
* Supporting therapists to comply with training and accreditation
requirements
* Carrying a caseload of **Apply on the website** families
* Overseeing and managing?? the referral and intake process
* Overseeing the data collection process necessary for the
development of outcome results
* Building and developing relationships with key community and
statutory stakeholders
* Attending staff meetings, interagency meetings, and other tasks as
assigned

FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPISTS -THREE FULL TIME AND ONE PART TIME
POSITION AVAILABLE

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have a minimum qualification of a primary degree in
Counselling/ Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology or Family Therapy.
Full accreditation with the relevant professional body is essential.
Candidates must have at least 3 years? relevant work experience,
working with families and adolescents with challenging and complex
needs.

IN ADDITION CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:

* Ability to work within the Functional Family Therapy philosophy and
model
* Excellent relationship building skills and ability to motivate
families to participate in therapy
* Commitment to empowering families to solve their own problems
* High degree of stamina, positivity and stick ability in committing
to plans developed by families
* Strong clinical skills
* Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes
where appropriate
* Flexibility to work when the families are available to meet
* ?Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team
* Ability to work collaboratively with statutory agencies
* Excellent interpersonal/communication/report writing skills
* Full driving license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

* Carrying a caseload as assigned
* Providing a home-based service to families as necessary
* Actively participating as part of the project team
* Working collaboratively with referring agencies and other
community and state agencies.
* Working with families to develop a family plan and case manage
referrals to other appropriate services and supports
* Perform the basic accountability tasks related to the job, which
include compiling and maintaining all necessary records.
* Perform other duties as requested.
