JOB TITLE: FUNDRAISING OFFICER

CONTRACT TYPE: Full time, Permanent

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, Jigsaw’s Fundraising Officer
will be a central member of a dynamic, fast paced and innovative team,
who’s shared drive and ambition has seen a **Apply on the website**%

This role will be responsible for supporting a number of areas across
Jigsaw’s fundraising strategy including engaging with our various
supporter communities, corporate partners, event management, campaign
planning and activation.

WHO WE ARE

Jigsaw is Ireland’s leading youth mental charity and is committed to
advancing young people’s mental health and to developing supportive
communities by providing a range of primary care services and supports
across the Republic of Ireland.

With the support of the HSE (Mental Health), the Sláintecare
Integration Fund and a range of public, private and community and
individual funders, we deliver a suite of free primary care mental
health services and supports for young people and adults including:

* delivering free, one-to-one, primary care therapeutic sessions with

* offering community-based programmes aimed at better informing,
supporting, educating and empowering young people and those around
them, in places where they live, learn, work and play
* undertaking pioneering research and robust evaluation leading to
transformative evidence
* providing a wide range of e-mental health supports through

* rolling out a comprehensive secondary schools programme (One Good
School™) aimed at supporting the mental health and wellbeing of
young people by developing a shared responsibility for mental health
across the whole school community.

Jigsaw offer a listening ear, and give expert mental health advice and

who support young people ways to cope and the skills to be there for

CORE JOB REQUIREMENTS

* As an ambitious and creative professional, with strong and
persuasive communications skills, this is an excellent opportunity for

base, engage communities with our mission and drive revenue growth.
* As a community based mental health support service, community
fundraising in Jigsaw is a core pillar of our fundraising activity,
providing a significant, and growing, source of income within our
fundraising mix. You will lead in the development of our new community
fundraising strategy, the aim of which will be to nurture existing and
grow new supporters from both offline and online communities.
* You will coordinate and support all regional fundraising activity,
providing excellent supporter communications and care to increase
recruitment, drive income growth and reduce supporter attrition.
* You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to support our
existing corporate partners program (Lidl, The National Lottery, IDA,
Starbucks etc.) and will have an active lead role in the
identification, recruitment and relationship management of new
corporate partnerships.
 

* You will be the lead on our existing suite of fundraising events
and campaigns to drive recruitment from individuals, communities and
