A leading Civil contractor is looking to recruit a Civil Quantity
Surveyor for a midlands based role. They are interested in candidates
with a very strong civil background with a qualification in Quantity
Surveying, Construction Economics or Civil Engineering.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands and fulfil the
following criteria;
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Civil
Engineering

- Expert knowledge of the Irish Construction market
- Civil experience in groundsworks, utilities, reinforcement works.
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills
- Keen to work on projects in the Midlands
- Ideally located in Laois, Kildare, Carlow currently or looking to
relocate
- Excellent time management skills
- Expert knowledge of sub-contractor negotiation skills
- Keen to work as part of a growing team with career development
