JOB TITLE: Clinical Project Lead

REPORTING TO: Executive Director

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

* Project Lead of the RCNI Clinical Innovation Project
* Research on best and emerging practice
* Conducting field research
* Convening and facilitating co-creating focus groups and workshops
* Developing training modules
* Developing standards and guidance
* Engaging with ICT and data privacy experts
* Securing accreditation
* Drafting reports
* Presenting and representing the RCNI project to a range of
stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Specialist qualification in sexual violence trauma, (RCNI RCC
specialisation training or equivalent)
* Registered qualification with one of the recognised counselling
bodies
* Qualified and experienced trainer and facilitator
* At least **Apply on the website** years? experience working in
rape crisis or equivalent specialist sexual violence setting
* Proven track record in research
* Excellent project management skills
* A commitment to the ethos and model of the rape crisis movement.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal in
English,
* Knowledge and analysis of the policy and public issues around
sexual violence in Ireland,
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate to a
wide range of audiences,
* Ability to work well in partnership and as a team member,
* Skilled in managing diverse deadlines and producing deliverables
and outputs,
* Ability to work remotely and possibly including occasional travel.
