YOUR NEW ROLE

As Regional Manager, you will lead a focused and effective team in the
delivery of providing high quality services which comply at all times
with regulations and standards, ensuring that all clients are
achieving their maximum potential. You will develop relationships with
external stakeholders and actively engage in monthly audits of all
houses in your region. In addition to this, you will provide detailed
reports of all matters to the Directors and Board, ensuring the
company standard is consistently met by your team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Management
degree or equivalent, as well as a professional qualification in
childcare, teaching, social work, or psychology. You will be a self
starter, and be passionate about making a positive impact. In addition
to this, you will have experience working in or managing services for
young/vulnerable children and young people, alongside significant
Senior Management experience.
