The Facebook Finance team is seeking an experienced professional to
join the Credit & Collections team based in Dublin, Ireland. The
primary responsibility of the Credit Analyst is to ensure that
Facebook&#**Apply on the website**;s credit exposure is appropriate
and any risk is minimised, while supporting revenue growth in a
fast-paced and dynamic changing environment.

The Credit Analyst will support Facebook&#**Apply on the website**;s
EMEA region with customer credit approval, portfolio management,
controls/audit adherence, invoicing, accounts receivable, risk
analysis, along with all associated reporting requirements.

* Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment
of credit requests, including new, changed and other ad-hoc requests
* Identify economic and financial trends that may present a risk to
the company
* Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit
risk
* Effectively manage and monitor assigned portfolio quality on an
ongoing basis and proactively report potential risks and opportunities
to management
* Support the Sales team by actively seeking and developing
partnership, understanding the business requirements and ensuring
communication is maintained to the highest standards
* Provide training and support documentation for internal
Sales/Sales Ops teams on invoiced revenue and credit related processes
* Promote customer goodwill through professional credit management
and relationship building
* Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and work
collaboratively with the Global Process Owner function on the
implementation
* Support key controls and audit compliance activities in relation
to the credit function, while ensuring integrity and compliance at all
times

* 6+ years of finance related experience in a multinational company,
preferably within Online Advertising
* Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field
* Strong communication, negotiation and public speaking skills
* Proven analytic, problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
* A team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team
located in varied locations
* Strong interpersonal skills needed such as integrity,
assertiveness and initiative

* Experience with Outsource providers and quantitative analysis
preferred
* Exceptionally versed in credit best practices
