with people with intellectual disabilities and other kinds of special

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Person in Charge, you will ensure the highest quality service is
delivered in a way that is aligned to the organisations ethos and
values, ensuring the service has appropriate and up to date
policies?and procedures in place to meet regulatory requirements.?In
addition to this, you will effectively manage change including
developing, implementing and reviewing business plans?and projects,
following consultation with co-workers, residents and the Local
Committee and Board. You will have excellent growth and progression
opportunities.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a degree and post
graduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or
Management. In addition to this, you will have substantial Senior
Management experience, and demonstrated experience in the
Social/Healthcare sector. You will have previously worked with
vulnerable adults or children, ideally with intellectual disabilities,
in an environment that promotes?their safety and wellbeing.
