Project Controls Manager/PM Consultancy
Position: Project Controls Manager (PM Consultancy)

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen with the
ability to lead a large scale developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Document employee performance issues and participate in resolutions
as appropriate.
* Assume mentoring and training roles as requested.
* Review and approve output from project cost and schedule systems.
Prepare presentations based on system output.
* Create and assist with cost schedule baseline.
* Conduct or assist in performance measurement and associated cost
trending.
* Key contributor in the preparation of monthly status report.
* Exhibit expert ability to use drawings and specifications in the
establishment of project baseline data.
* Possess knowledge of construction accounting principles with an
extensive understanding of the manner in which the company establishes
and documents the financial position.
* Assume lead role in monthly production of revised project cost
forecasting.
* Review performance trends, prepare analysis and cost impact and
monthly project performance reports, and recommend contractor invoices
for approval.
